    Hello, I am Leslie McKinney, and I firmly believe in the body's remarkable capacity for self-healing. By encouraging clients to slow down and listen to their bodies, we can uncover essential insights into their needs. 

I’m a dedicated mother, wife, and Licensed Massage Therapist with 19 years of experience. I hold an Associate of Science in Massage Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness. My passion for holistic living drives my continuous pursuit of knowledge, allowing me to integrate new resources that empower my clients to achieve their best selves.

   

    My journey into massage therapy began as a teenager following a car accident, which introduced me to its transformative power and solidified my desire to pursue this profession.

 

   In my practice, I take great pride in helping clients enhance their body awareness. This awareness is a crucial step toward making meaningful changes in their health and well-being. I often liken my role to that of a detective, as I engage clients in conversations about their routines, habits, and movement patterns. Together, we identify factors that may contribute to their discomfort and explore effective strategies for correction. Through this collaborative approach, I strive to foster a deeper understanding of the body and promote lasting wellness.
